HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011

weee~ finished a free day tour today by shopping~
mm brought a LV wallet as well through=x. but sigh.. stupid long quene for it through=((
hmm although i blog it as 27 Nov, it's still 26 Nov here. Yes, the travelling trip through plane is tiring>.<.. Taking Boeing 777-300ER from singapore to colombo for 3-4hrs, a stop by for an hr and continue to Dubai for next 3-4hrs again. Then at Dubai for 2 hrs in the airport, waiting to board an Airbus A380, Yes. The Huge Jumbo A380! I was soo excited to ride in one since it is the biggest airline plane for now. Turbulence isn't an issue when boarding this jumbo. The trip was soo smooth. The trip with Boeing 777 was smooth too but can't really compare to the A380.
Overall the trip with Emirates was really a pleasant one. In flight entertainment was a ++ too, to pass time in the plane if you can't make yourself asleep. Oh, the trip from Dubai to Paris was 7-8hrs btw. So it was great to take the A380 with it. Too bad my other 2 trip back isn't with the A380=((
Hmm next onto Paris, Paris seems like a beautiful city when you haven't gone before. But actually the city life is messy. Yea, the building are really beautiful here=DD
Hmm.. but traffic in the city is always full of cars. Roads aren't really like singapore where there are drawn out lanes everywhere as Paris road was used for horse rides in the past. My mum don't really like the life here since it's messy, i myself feels that it's alright here through. But don't be turn off by the "messy"... if you can get to travel to europe. Visiting Paris is really good. There are some shops which are able to speak english as well as chinese too. Shopping is really great here, too many place to shop. * meii yiing, xiao yi and jing yii should come here~ can shop the whole day non stop^^ really~~ =P!*
But as for foods i can't really comment on it as we didn't tried those "great stuff". The currencies here are in Euro and things are really really expensive. *of cos, things like buying LV (Louis Vuitton), Gucci, Prada and etc etc~ are around 20% cheaper compared to buying in Singapore.* But buying foods, taking the Metro *something like underground MRT in singapore.*, taking cab/taxi will shows that it's not cheap when converting into Singapore currencies. Overall i wouldn't say Paris is a bad place cos i myself feel that's a nice place. It really worthwhile to aleast visit Paris if you can. Eiffel Tower is here too and it's nice.
Oh ya, as for weather. it's still alright even if it's around 2*C, the thing that will make you feel very cold is the wind. It's quite windy here is Paris. Maybe it's the near end of the year. *there is a little tiny bit of snow falling in the afternoon today*. So yupps~ But although nothing happened yet, which i hope nothing does happen.. going anywhere for holiday, it's important not to forget about being Alert okay! you never know when you're gonna be a target for pickpockets. So okay, gonna stop here. need to wake up early in the morning to leave Paris, France and continue my Europe trip next, for switzerland at 8am here. bus trip around 9hrs>.< and it's already snowing there now. Real SNOW=DD
